VectorUSA Named One of 2019 Tech Elite Solution Providers by CRN

Written by VectorUSA | April 11, 2019

Torrance, California, April 11, 2019 – VectorUSA announced today that CRN, a brand of The Channel Company, has named VectorUSA to its 2019 Tech Elite 250 list. This annual list honors a select group of North American IT solution providers that have earned the highest number of advanced technical certifications from leading technology suppliers, scaled to their company size. These companies have distinguished themselves with multiple, top-level IT certifications, specializations, and partner program designations from the industry’s most prestigious technology providers.

To compile this annual list, The Channel Company’s research group and CRN editors work together to identify the most customer-beneficial technical certifications in the North American IT channel. Companies who have earned these elite designations— which enable solution providers to deliver premium products, services and customer support—are then selected from a pool of online applicants.

VectorUSA faces an ongoing challenge as we transform our network infrastructures in the face of continuous technical innovation. One way to address this is to hire the expertise and socialize that knowledge transfer. Another approach is to train our existing staff. VectorUSA has numerous ongoing training programs to maintain our in-house skill sets. As costly and time-consuming as it may be to do this kind of training at scale, VectorUSA is committed to constant improvement.

Having more people with the right skills enables VectorUSA to more effectively and efficiently help their clients. An important part of our ongoing training and certification is for us to determine exactly what resources and skills are needed for our ongoing transformation. It has become an integral part of our growth and success.

“CRN’s Tech Elite 250 list recognizes solution providers with extensive technical knowledge and premier certifications,” said Bob Skelley, CEO of The Channel Company. “Pursuit of vendor certifications and broader skill sets in a wide range of technologies and IT practices, proves a solution provider is committed to delivering maximum business value from those technologies and giving their customers the highest level of service.”

“There are many reasons our employees pursue professional certifications,” said Paul Harwell, Vice President of Operations of VectorUSA. “Earning a certificate or designation validates the person’s high-level of expertise and often leads to added prestige – not to mention the fact that a professional certification may also yield a pay increase and generally puts holders ahead of the pack. But there are also benefits for VectorUSA. Extensive and continuous training and certification lead to happier employees — who stick around longer, encourages greater peace of mind, gives our clients greater confidence in our business, and boosts productivity.”

Coverage of the Tech Elite 250 will be featured in the April issue of CRN, and online at www.CRN.com/TechElite250.
